Management Trainee

The objective of the Management Trainee Program (MTP) is to recruit and develop highly qualified individuals for key positions of responsibility within our organization.

Job Description

· Rotate through key business units to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions.
· Work on special projects designed to provide valuable work experience.

Job Requirements

· Degree from accredited 4-year institution of higher learning (any field of study).
· Experience using a PC and windows-based application including Word and Excel.
· Excellent written & oral communication skills.
· Ability to function in a high stress environment.
· Demonstrated leadership skills.
